The articles of the association are published and available on the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ejustice.just.fgov.be\/tsv\/tsvf.htm\">Moniteur Belge<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>It has a staff of about four dozen permanent employees divided between the headquarters and the four coordination offices in Kinshasa, Goma, in the DRC, Ouagadougou, in Burkina Faso and Dakar, in Senegal.<\/p>\n<p>In Burkina Faso, it has a new branch in P\u00f4 and in DRC, three branches in Mbanza-Ngungu, Kinzau-Mvuete, Muanda and very soon, in Bani.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Authority The ULB-Cooperation is a nonprofit organisation.
